Software Agreement
This Agreement is between Linda Software Group, (Linda.co) hereafter referred to as the "Provider," and the user of the SaaS service, hereafter referred to as the "User."
By accessing or using the Service, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Service Provision
The Provider grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Acceptable Use
The User agrees to not:
- a. Use the Service in any way that is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
- b. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
- c. Interfere with the proper working of the Service.
- d. Use the Service for any abusive or unsolicited communication.
- e. Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
Intellectual Property
Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.
Using our services
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including any updates, enhancements, and modifications thereto, and all intellectual property rights therein, are and will remain with the Provider.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Provider be liable to the User or any third party for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to access the Service.
Termination
The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and User's access to the Service at any time for any reason.
Changes to Agreement
The Provider reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Provider's website, and the User's continued use of the Service will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
